recipe: Asian Frikadelle

Posted on Oct 22 2013 - 4:00pm by The Wife

Frikadelle is German Meatball. If I look hard at it I would think of it as an overweight burger patty. Well the point of it is that this I may work out, if try them as a burger patty? If not you could have this as a main course with sides. Actually this is a great lunch box dish with rice or some salad!
Asian Style Meatball Recipe The Husband made this wonderful “Asian” Frikadelle (meatball) using ingredients that are more commonly used in Asian cooking. Such as Ginger, Spring Onion, Sesame Oil. It could just be my imagination but it taste “lighter” than Frikadeller or rather more refreshing? Alright food description FAIL. Well just try it out and you will know what I mean hopefully!

The best part of this dish? It is super quick and you only need a medium size mixing bowl to mix all the ingredients and a pan to fry it. Within 15mins lunch/dinner is ready!! Asian Style Meatball Recipe
