Sundays are usually bingeeatingcouchpotatoe day. We usually end up ordering pizza for dinner or some food delivery. Until I stumbled onto a website with top things to make in a slow cooker. If you don’t have a slow cooker its about time you invest in one! Well at least I think its the perfect equipment for week nights. When you want to have something warm and tasty for dinner but not want to spend a ton of time.
red thai curry recipeOkay back to Sundays, because we are usually so tired from doing nothing we usually don’t cook, but with this Slow Cooker Red Thai Curry recipe, we simply prepared everything in the morning, when we are still full of energy and enjoy the meal in the evening!

Its the same on weeknights! Before leaving for work simply prepare the meat and dump everything in the slow cooker. Viola! Awesome curry for dinner. Great for the coming winter. (Not looking forward to that!) We found this recipe from MyRecipes.com and modified it a little because the Husband loves to add his touch to every recipe. Yes when I said we I meant the Husband, because he technically made it, I was there to clean up.
